Do you have a technology that converts CO2 into a valuable product and believe that it can be developed and implemented in the next 3-5 years?

We wanted to share some exciting news from our friends at the Climate Change and Emissions Management Corporation (CCEMC) for any cleantech entrepreneurs who want to transform their big ideas into a better future!

CCEMC has recently opened the second round of its $35 million CCEMC Grand Challenge which is currently accepting submissions for any developed technologies that can convert carbon dioxide into valuable carbon-based products that can be used and commercialized in the Province of Alberta.

Proposals will be considered now through January 18, 2016 and winners will see up to $15 million awarded through a maximum of five $3 million grants.

At SDTC, we are pleased to advise cleantech entrepreneurs who have bold ideas of this opportunity that will help to reduce GHG’s and support solutions to aid the world’s carbon management challenges.

We encourage any entrepreneurs that have a technology that could make significant GHG reductions to apply for this funding at: ccemcgrandchallenge.com.

*Please note: SDTC is not directly affiliated with the applications to this separate organization where applications are available in English only, all inquiries should go to CCEMC.
