Every SDTC-funded project is required to calculate, at various points, emissions-reduction targets and other environmental measures. To ensure that all projects report these estimates in a standard, comparable manner, we require that standard emissions factors and calculation conventions be used. The data and reports provided by the Greenhouse Gas Verification Centre are proposed as best-practice resource guides to evaluate emissions.
